I made up the sign on Microsoft Word and then just printed it on cardstock. If you want fun free fonts to use dafont.com is a great website to look at. I just used brown paper to warap the boxes, then tapped the label on and threw a little piece of string around it. I hope this answers your question. Let me know if you have any further questions : )
