Marker Management

Ever have that time when you get to the board and intend on writing on it, but there are no markers there?  Since my kids have whiteboards and we use them quite often, on occasion my markers from the front board go missing.  Last year I saw a beautiful colorful pack of expo markers.  I decided that this would be a perfect solution to my missing marker mystery.  My school provides black, blue, green, and red markers, therefore those are my "student markers".  The rest of the colorful markers are my "teacher markers", off limits to the students. 

 

 

I keep my "teacher markers" in this pink magnetic container on my whiteboard that I got for a dollar at Dollar Tree.  The kids also know that the marker in the pink container are mine : )
