Heart Map!
I saw the idea for a heart map on pinterest a few months ago and loved it! The idea originally came from the blog The First Grade Parade . This is something that I definitely want to do with my students at the beginning of next year, so I craeted a Heart Map today. Download it HERE. The idea is that the kids draw pictures of things that they love in each box, they can also add some words. This then serves as a reference for them during the year when they are not sure what to write about!
